evoPlus™ is the ideal purification step for samples such as blood, food and soil which might contain a high level of potential PCR inhibitors. It is also the right choice for extracting DNA to use in sequencing and transfection. Adding evoPlus to evoPrep™ utilizes a magnetic particle which binds the DNA allowing it to be washed. The DNA is removed from the magnetic particles and eluted into a DNase free buffer.
