evoPrep Stool is the first in a line of simple extraction methodologies. evoPrep is a simple protocol and yields PCR quality DNA in about 25 minutes in a simple workflow protocol.  The chemistry utilizes a proprietary salt and surfactant formulation combined with heat to lyse the cell.  After extraction the DNA is kept in solution while cellular debris are pulled to the bottom of the tube.  evoPrep is ideal for routine DNA extraction. 

evoPlus is the ideal purification step for samples such as blood, food, and soil which might contain a high level of potential PCR inhibitors.  It is also the right choice for extracting DNA to use in sequencing and transfection.  Adding evoPlus to evoPrep utilizes a magnetic particle which binds the DNA allowing it to be washed.  The DNA is removed from the magnetic particles and eluted into a DNase free buffer.
